Pi Code for DSM
1.0.0-0003Pi Code for Synology DSM: the Pi coding agent with its own window in DSM. Pi Code and Pi come in one package, with every setting of the Mac app built in.
Pi works on the NAS itself: it reads your projects in the shared folders, runs commands and edits files, while you follow along in a DSM window from any browser.
One package for every model (noarch): Pi Code, the Pi agent and its extension; Package Center adds Node.js v22. Each DSM administrator gets their own sessions, models and settings.
Six languages: French, Dutch, German, English, Russian and Spanish.
Features
Conversations with your model
Streaming replies, thinking, steps with timings, image attachments; sessions with search and statistics.
Diffs and undo
Every write and edit shows its diff; one click reverts it. Permission modes: normal, ask, plan only.
Any server
llama.cpp, vLLM, Ollama, LM Studio, OpenRouter, Claude, ChatGPT; context size and image support are read from the server.
Fast compaction
Long tasks compact quickly with thinking off, and Pi retries model errors on its own.
Shell on the NAS
A built-in terminal in the project folder, without SSH.
NAS folders
Choose a project folder on the NAS, upload files from your computer, keep projects in the PiCode shared folder.
